Services

GS Cleaning offer regular weekly cleans, bi-weekly cleans, monthly cleans, move in/out cleans, end of tenancy cleans and deep cleans. Deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans often take longer and will be charged at an extra rate than regular, bi-weekly or monthly cleans.

Extras requested in your service will also be charged at an additional cost to the regular rate as the clean will take longer than a regular clean.

If you are not satisfied with your clean, you must inform GS Cleaning on the same day that your clean took place. GS Cleaning will not accept liability if your clean took place days or weeks later.

 

Payments

Payments should be made on the same day as your clean whereby you will receive an invoice for the service(s) carried out.

GS Cleaning accepts bank transfer or cash as payment and the details are located on the received invoice or these can be requested.

GS Cleaning do not offer refunds – Other alternatives will be offered if necessary.

If payments are late by more than 3 days – there will be a late payment fee added onto the service you received.

 

Property Access

If you will not be present at the property on the same day/time as your clean is booked for, you will need to arrange with GS Cleaning to leave a key in a safe place or provide GS Cleaning with a spare key to gain access to your property and lock up securely and safely.

If I can not access your property within 15 minutes of arriving, GS Cleaning will attempt to make contact to arrange access to the property to carry out the requested service(s). If GS Cleaning cannot make contact or access the property within 15 minutes, GS Cleaning will leave the property and payment will still be required in full.

If possible, please ensure accessible parking for your clean to be completed.

 

Property Requirements

If your property has a security system or alarm and you are not going to be present at the property for your clean, please ensure GS Cleaning have the code prior to your clean.

Prior to your clean, please notify if anything is broken for health & safety reasons.

Please ensure you have a toilet brush if possible.

GS Cleaning do like to take videos and pictures of your gleaming properties after the clean for social media and promotional reasons. Please inform GS Cleaning if you do not consent for photos of your cleans to be used and this will always be respected and your privacy wishes honored.

 

Additional Information

GS Cleaning do like to visit your home prior to your clean to give you the best quote and estimate of how long your clean will take and to introduce myself. If this is not possible, GS Cleaning will give you a rough estimate over phone/email contact and if, after your first clean, the clean length needs to be adjusted, GS Cleaning will notify you prior to your next clean.

GS Cleaning is insured to do all cleans. GS Cleaning will always treat your home with the upmost respect and always happy to discuss special requests and help/support where I can. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Please give GS Cleaning 48 hours’ notice minimum of cancellation due to time and cost. If the notice period is not adhered to, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your total cost of services.

If there is an illness in the household, such as flu, please let GS Cleaning know prior to your clean and I will do my uttermost to reschedule to protect myself and others.

GS Cleaning understands that things can happen and will of course, take this into consideration.
